This Target is extremely short staffed, and the staff that are there, are rude or undertrained and unhelpful. I waited a solid 15 minutes for someone to help me out in the tech section, only to have no one arrive. Basically you’re on your own in there, I’d avoid this one unless they have something you literally can’t get anywhere else. Hope to see this store get better, until then you’re honestly better off at any one of their competitors or other stores. Really poor customer service. Update- store is still really bad. Moldy, expired garlic bread on display, and the wrong price was put for another bread item. They really don’t seem to care here.

This Target shines brighter than my neighbor's new car after a thorough waxing. I'm not sure what magical cleaning potion they use, but I wouldn't be surprised if they found a way to bottle happiness and sprinkle it across the aisles. I've never seen a stray Cheerio or a rogue sock lingering in the aisles here. It's like a retail zen garden! They're like retail superheroes, always ready to save the day with a smile on their faces. Need help finding that elusive item you've been searching for? Boom! They'll guide you straight to it with the precision of a GPS. Forget about waiting for help while a tumbleweed rolls by. At this Target, they've got more employees than a clown car has clowns. Once you step through the automatic doors, it's a whole different world. It's as if the frenzied energy of the parking lot dissipates, and you're suddenly enveloped in a bubble of tranquility. It's like a spa day for your shopping experience. And let's not forget about the positive vibes. Seriously, this place radiates more positivity than a motivational talk show hosted by puppies. Maybe it's the carefully curated music playlist or the fact that everyone seems to be in a good mood. Whatever the secret sauce is, I'm here for it. My visit was strange🤔 weirdness vibes among employees! I was followed continuously by employees with very suspiciously looks and stares, I felt profiled and singled out! I dress fashionable with friendly approachable energy and I spend much $$. I understand shoplifters are out on the prowl but Im not a thief! Rule of thumb for shrinkage prevention is provide friendly service- a smile, greeting or offer assistance is way better approach than following a customer!!! My cashier was the only warm-friendky encounter I received! Level up better for better customer service and shopping experience for the loyal customers!!!

Drive up parking spots are not marked anymore. When you do park there and mark in the app that you’ve arrived, no one actually comes. If you call the store, no one picks up and if you call again, they just hang up. The guest services says that their phone “has been down for a few weeks”. Yeah, phones down don’t work like that. They would have made a recording to that effect. Lesson: If you do order ahead drive up, just don’t it. Either go get what you need in store or go shop somewhere else.
